The ball season is fast approaching. For those families that are returning this year the season will be very similar to the last. For those families that are new to Ball this year; Welcome and here is some information to help you understand what to expect:
Season begins for the younger groups beginning of May and will run until the end of June (end of the school year).
Season for older groups will begin indoors in March/April and run until the end of June/beginning of July pending on individual league playoff structures.
TBall teams will be organized by age and town; all practices occur in hometown with travel to Sedley, Odessa, Vibank to play mini games.
Jr/Sr Rally Cap, U7, U9 age play league games among neighbouring associations, where applicable (Indian Head, Grenfell, Montmartre, Fillmore, etc.)
U11 and up will play in Regina leagues.
We will try to keep the schedule as structured and consistent week to week as possible, especially for the younger age groups, but last year this posed to be very challenging. Our association and membership has grown exponentially over the last couple of years and we do run practices/games 7 days a week. Once our registration and teams are finalized, we then work on scheduling.
